“We are extremely pleased with our 18,000 btu Mitsubishi mini-split. It heats our main living space with amazingly warm air that quietly circulates the entire area. The hyper-heat feature of this unit allows it to recover compressor heat which results in furnace-like warm air at very low outside temperatures. It's hard to tell when the outside unit is running it is so quiet. The remote control features provide an array of functions that once set to optimum parameters, you almost forget its even there.
