“Josh took the time to explain the work to us & the equipment locations. Josh (& Trey) were very courteous. Josh even arranged the existing decorative ‘creek’ rocks around the base of the outdoor unit to soften the look. They worked efficiently & will be back next week to finalize the work once the electrician completes his portion. They explained positioning the wall units for max benefit. We have an old farmhouse, & they were very respectful of the woodwork. We will sign up for the service contract. Josh explained that to us.”
