When my 22 year old propane furnace died, I knew it was replacement time. Michael Burkett came out to prepare a quote. He was friendly, professional, informative and fast. I had the quotes within two hours. A few days later, Josh Gouge arrived to do the installation. He is very competent for such a young man, very knowledgeable and skilled. Five hours later, I had heat again! It was genuinely a pleasure having him work at my house.
