“The maintenance check was yesterday and some repairs were made. Unfortunately, the repair did not function correctly. Called last night and the person came out this morning to fix it. It was fixed and the heat was on again. Even with the little glitch, it all worked out maybe not as fast as we wanted. Luke worked hard to fix it and was very apologetic. He was also very courteous and took extra steps to make sure it was working. We appreciate his hard work and would certainly have him come back for future checks.”
