When I called Scott Brothers, they answered on the first ring and were very friendly, and worked around my schedule. When the technician arrived, my door would not unlock remotely, and he agreed to return that afternoon. I realize they were very busy and did not have to agree to come back that day-as it was a Friday and snowing. Curtis was prompt in arrival, fixed my heat and signed me up for an annual HVAC maintenance plan. I love that this company is locally owned and has so many long term employees. I am so glad we saw their billboard advertisement!”
