“Curtis was awesome. I had another HVAC company come out and they identified the issue was a board that the same company had replaced around a year before but was not under warranty now. I asked them to order another board and had to call back multiple times and was told that the board was on back order. I then called back and they said they would be out that Thursday but they did not come out and never called. This went on for over three weeks and I gave up. I called Scott brothers and they sent Curtis out and he checked things out, ordered the board, and replaced it within a week. Great service! Thanks Scott Brothers!”
