“Technician was on time as scheduled. Great system to text info when technician is on the way. Luke was professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Due to the unit being frozen he had to work with dispatcher to come back later in the afternoon to add the refrigerant. Everything was coordinated and the system fixed! Great experience with Scott Brothers! Definitely will look to Scott Brothers for future H&AC needs.”
