“Kevin was prompt and proceeded to exam my system(s) and we replaced the filters in the upstairs and downstairs systems. I informed him of the visit last year with Jonathan and the loss of refridgerant in the downstairs system and that we put about one pound into the system. He refilled the system with 4 lbs this year. He explained my options to get a system evaluation which I plan to do later this summer. I asked him to check the pressures in the other unit and he found a Shrader valve leaking and replaced it. Listened and answered all of my questions and was very professional in his work. Nice job!”
