“The technician from our pest control service spotted a disconnected duct in our crawl space and took photos. We forwarded those photos to Scott Brothers. Luke was on a job nearby and stopped by our house within the hour. Turns out the offending duct had been replaced some years ago and left in the crawl space by a company we used previously.
