“Andy has been out several times to address some ongoing issues with one of the mini-splits that were installed in our home. He is extremely personable, friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the equipment he is servicing (as well as ALL things electronic)! Although it is somewhat frustrating to have new equipment not performing properly, Scott Brothers have been responsive in coming out as much as necessary in order to mitigate the problems we have had. Andy continues to troubleshoot the issues and has spent as much time as necessary in order to troubleshoot and make the indicated repairs. We are hoping things have finally been rectified but are confident that if there are any other issues, Andy will be here to take care of things.
