“Chase arrived on time. Personable young man. Checked to make sure the mini split was still providing hot air without any concerning noises. Took pictures where plastic is cracking and broken. Answered my questions. Very honest about not absolutely knowing the cause (of piece of plastic breaking and flying off in middle of night) and that that it could be determined when housing replaced. Very professional young man. Hope he returns to complete the job.”
