“12/8/2023 We got to our mountain home at 4:30pm Friday evening and noticed the indoor thermostat (for the furnace) registered an actual temperature of 45degrees, even though I had it set at Auto Heat for 58. The system would run in FAN mode, but only pushed cold air. The company with whom we had contracted for annual furnace service, did not answer the phone, did not offer any emergency services, and never replied to a message we left on the answering machine.
We called Scott Brothers, because they had installed a MiniSplit for us, a few years prior. In spite of the fact that it was now after 5pm on a Friday evening, a technician was dispatched immediately, he (Andy) found the problem and resolved it within the next hour. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable of our system.

We are cancelling our existing service contract with the other provider and will be working exclusively with Scott Brothers from this point forward.”
