“We returned from a medical appointment in Winston late at night to find that our system, which had inexplicably broken down the previous day was functioning and that our house was warm and welcoming. Curtis had been very rapidly dispatched in our absence and had apparently located and fixed the problem. That was very fortunate because a cold front was just coming in and the weekend was upon us. We are both inn our 80s and would have been very uncomfortable, to say the least, had we had to contend with no heat for several days.
