“Lewis-Vine and Curtis Crawford have both made service calls in the past few weeks. They are both extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in their work. I’m still concerned that two different assessments have been made and not sure how the problem will be resolved. The first visit (Lewis-Vine) resulted in the assessment that we need two new thermostats because they each had problems. He also mentioned a possible wiring problem and the need to test the thermostats to determine whether it was thermostat problem or wiring. The second visit (Curtis) resulted in the determination that I need a new zone board and possibly new wiring. It makes me unsure because they came to different conclusions. I’m not sure if Curtis tested the thermostats like Lewis-Vine suggested. I’m also wondering whether the zone board might still be under warranty. They were both very nice and helpful, but I’m unsure what the next step should be.”
