“We had been out of town for a week and when we returned home we tried to turn down the thermostat, but could not get it to start cooling. I called Scott Brothers and they sent out a technician, Kevin Woodie within 30 minutes or less. In a very short time he set the thermostat and it started cooling immediately. The problem was not in our system, but us. We were unaware of the settings on the thermostat and did not know how to operate it correctly. Kevin showed us how to operate the thermostat, and he was very polite and professional. He did not charge us for a service call.
