“I'm needing a quote asap for the replacement of the fan relay circuit board and then a quote for full replacement cost of our existing heat pump system .. I'm also getting comparable quotes from boone heating and air … your tech Delaney came out last Friday at noon time and supposedly sent to your office what we were needing quotes sent in for so that we can compare and decide .. we need to see these quotes asap please .. also after Delaney came out to see why our blower wasn't working and he frogged around the blower relay ckt board to get blower fan to stay on always .. now our unit outside isn't coming on at all so no there's no cooling at all from our heat pump … so please call me first thing Monday am early to get someone back out here asap to see what now is going on.. 704-249-8648”
