“Delaney was a little late but no problem. After showing him the two heat pumps, he went right to work. He offered some suggestions about our thermostats that was good to know! He brought the right size filters and checked the old ones to see if they needed changed. I did not see him after that but he did talk to my wife. I looked online and read the maintenance notes. The new system of relaying info is really great! I know exactly what he did and have the photos of important readings for both units. I thank Delaney for his work and am very happy with the services I receive from Scott Brothers! Nice Job!!!”
