“Scott Brothers was able to quickly respond to may call about having no heat on my first floor sourced from a duel source capable furnance and heat pump. They were there within 60 minutes of my initial call. Service technician Delany Thomas did a great job assessing and explaining the situation to me after his initial evaluation.
He was very knowledgable and courteous. Unfortunately, it looks like our recent Hurricane Helene flood waters overwhelmed my furnance in the crawl space such that it needs replacing. Perhaps the heat pump, too. I am waiting on the official estimates from your company on that. I do really appreciate your prompt response to my service call.”
