“Chase arrived on time. Was very polite. Explained again the problem that had been looked at earlier and the procedure for fixing it. Work was done in a timely manner, even though it was a very bitter, windy, snowy 29° outside. I mentioned needing to reschedule my regular maintenance appointment (that I had earlier cancelled) and with the freezing weather outside, he said I was his last appointment and offered to stay (after he fixed my problem) and do that for me. Most of this work is outside and under the house. That shows great work ethic for such a young man! He was a pleasure to talk with.
