“Curtis arrived early on this maintenance call and got to work trying to identify why the AC in my heat pump was not functioning properly. After taking several measurements, calling Trane to obtain some additional information, and adjusting some pressures, he was able to get it running and blowing out cold air at 51 degrees. We will be watching it closely over the next few days to make sure it continues to function. Thanks to Curtis’s persistence he was able to trouble shoot the problem and apply an effective solution.”
