“Kevin arrived when we expected. He looked first at the thermostat and determined that we needed to have it replaced. He checked and saw that the HVAC unit in the basement definitely needed cleaning. He checked outside and saw that we do not have surge protection for either our main HVAC unit or our mini-split, and recommended that we add this. He said that he would perform the regular maintenance and also install the surge protection once the new thermostat arrived. We were given the total amount that these items will cost, helping us plan for payment. He was friendly and efficient. We are completely satisfied with the service call today.”
