“The prior owners of our cabin had a geothermal heat pump system installed by Scott Brothers over 20 years ago when the cabin was built and Scott Brothers continuously serviced the system. We had the pleasure of having Luke assigned as our technician for a semi-annual service visit last month and he quickly identified an issue with the air filtration system and ordered and installed the part. He also provided a comprehensive report on the geothermal system and on a separate heat pump system that heats and cools an addition. Luke is a very knowledgeable technician, super friendly, great with customers and knows the local community. The folks in the office (Shea in particular) have also been fantastic with facilitating the transfer of our home ownership and explaining the service plans and scheduling.
