He was there quickly, very professional and friendly. I informed Jacob of the water leakage problems I was facing and we discussed what we thought might be the cure. After he ran all his std checks and I showed him the filter that I had changed out a few minutes before he arrived, he grinned and said, “Well, now we know what caused all the leakage problems, don’t we?” Embarrassingly for me, we both had good laugh together. He made out my very reasonable bill and I paid him on the spot. Moral of the story is… CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM FILTERS ON A REGULAR BASIS as prescribed in your HVAC maintenance manual (OR) CALL SCOTT BROTHERS. Excellent service and great people.”
