“My AC died sometime late Saturday evening or very early Sunday morning .

I called Scott Brothers at 0700 on Sunday morning ( the answering service was in Houston, Texas and that did surprise me a bit ) but I got a call back shortly there after .

By 0830 Chase Scott was at my home to look at my air conditioning unit and he knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the part and I had cool air again !!

“Chase came out and was very professional. Was timely and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, he could not fix our issue as it has to do with our router (we have a mesh router). He had to contact Mitsubishi and they confirmed that their thermostat doesn’t work with mesh routers… He gave us a suggestion of using an older router for that specific unit and we’ll try that and see if it works. bThe only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was that we felt the manufacturer should be able to make amends for this since it’s newer technology…not because of Chase or his ability…”
