“My mini split system got flooded during the Helene storm. Andy came to look at it and was very thorough but also told me that I should replace the entire system because my system was ruined. Then Michael came to do an estimate. He was extremely thorough in doing the estimate. He did the estimate in a very timely manner and came back for
me to sign the contract. Michael has a great personality and did a great job explaining everything to me. Tyler and Cody came to install the new mini split. I was very impressed with the work they did and had the new unit up and running by the end of the day. All of these men did a fantastic job and I was very impressed with them and this company. I love my new mini split system. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

“Tyler, Robert, and Drake did an excellent job on my installation. What a group! even though the blower motor was defective, their effort to correct this was great. they tried their best to get a replacement motor the same day; but the replacement motor specified was the wrong part. Never the less, they acquired the correct motor and installed it the next day and finished the the system installation. Great work!
Also, Michael, Mike, and Wanda were instrumental in selecting, scheduling, and installing my new system. i appreciate their professional efforts.

Service was outstanding from the beginning to the end. We called 5 businesses and I heard from them the first day after my call and came right out. I got an estimate the next day via email. He was the only one that we saw or heard from that week and none of the others mentioned the type of unit available.
The installers where on time and jumped on it an were done that afternoon. No guessing and knew how to get it done. No problems to trouble shoot and when turned on it was perfect. Tip of my hat to the whole company. Nice people. Nice trucks. Nice equipment and very well trained. Appearance of the workers was very nice all in work jackets with names and numbers Very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The owner we talked with when they called to say our unit was in and It came in a week earlier than anticipated and he bent over backward to accommodate our needs and special situation.
