“Luke was excellent, texted when en route, on time, got right to work on arrival, checked out the ac unit, found a bad capacitor, made a suggestion on a replacement capacitor, restarted the unit found the fan motor was showing signs of locking up, order anew fan motor, willlet us know when it is in and will be back to install. Very professional, thorough, treated the situation like it was his own. Thank you Luke, great job!!”
