“I called Scott Brothers this morning about our gas furnace not functioning properly. They sent Mr. Curtis Crawford out to diagnose the issue and make any repairs necessary. He was able to determine that the furnace was still working properly, and that the issue was most likely an ice blockage in the exhaust. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and I learned a few things about our furnace.
