“After submitting my request for maintenance at 7:30 AM for a heating problem, I received a call back from the Scott Brothers office about 8:00 AM that Curtis would be to my house about 9:00 after he finished another job near by. He arrived at the appointed time and went to work troubleshooting the problem which took some time given the complexity of my system. He eventually identified the problem and made the needed corrections resulting in HEAT. Curtis has always been very professional and courteous when he has provided service. He is very knowledgeable, organized and systematic in how he troubleshoots problems. Scott Bros. have an excellent service technician in Curtis.”
