“This service was being done as regular maintenance. I believe it was Luke Hudler who went up to the house in Grassy Creek; got in the gate with the Scott Bros. lock and then found he didn’t have the code to get inside (we’re in Raleigh; in our 80s and have just started renting the house out this year for the first time in 34 years). I had left the code with the office and he call the Scott Bros. office and then called the rental company (Ashe Realty/StayBlueRidge W. Jefferson), who got him in. I was impressed that he sent a message before he went there and texted me when he didn’t have the code, though I missed the text; then he persisted in getting the code from the rental folks and was very pleasant when I apologized to him later. Good manners and great service – thank all of you for a wonderful company we can depend on!!”
