“Oil furnace went out evening and Kevin was there next afternoon, not a emergency because we have a powerful Mitsubishi that did admirably to keep us in the mid 60s in our 1300 sq ft home. The oil furnace duct work under the house keeps the pipes from freezing which a Mitsubishi cannot do as an inside backup wall unit. Kevin was super polite and replaced a broken transformer that communicates with the inside thermostat and WiFi function that allows remote adjusting of the temp by phone. On a again Scott Brothers provided top notch service , thank you.”
