“The tech came to our house on 10/26 and stated that our coils needed replacement and the refrigerant was low. He shut down the geothermal leaving us running on the back up propane system until he could give us a quote on the repairs.
We still have no ot received any communication back on this issue including a detailed description of the issue with the coils and cost of replacement despite me calling multiple times and being told the service manager would be calling me.
This is very poor follow through and I am very disappointed in this service which has been very good in the past.
I will need to continue to waste my time trying to get someone to talk to me about this issue and am losing money by relying on the propane backup.”
“Chase really helped us understand the system being a new customer.Chase was great”

“When you call Scott Brothers you will get pleasant and friendly QUICK service. I had two separate problems two days apart and they showed up the same day each time. That’s unheard of in the High Country. Always helpful and explains the problem and how it was corrected before they leave. I highly recommend them. We had to replaced of our 29 years old heat pump in July. Since then a piece a tape came loose and made a bad noise and then the condensation line froze outside because of the freezing weather.”
