“Hello! Actually, we live in Scottville but I guess the nearest town is Jefferson? Anyway, we have 3 Mr. Slims (ductless air conditioners) that we needed to have cleaned & checked before the heat of summer hits us. We were lucky to get assigned to Delany Thomas who was on time, professional & friendly, and he did an excellent job. Also, sometimes when strangers like tradespeople come into your home it can feel awkward & uncomfortable (and being in February we can’t just go outside), but my husband and I felt very comfortable around Delany. So thanks to Delany & thanks to Scott Brothers for hiring such capable people & caring enough to take this survey!”

“Andy inspected the furnace and found a valve leaking gas. It was beyond the manufacturer's allowed levels and strongly recommended we replace it. Scheduled and got the replacement handled in a morning. Andy did everything as expected and needed. While not wild I had to replace a part on a unit under warranty (labor wasn't included) – glad it was done since gas leaks can be dangerous.”
