“Schedule to have a new smart thermostat installed. We have a dual fuel zoned system so I thought it best to let a professional do it. Delaney showed up and he was great. Very nice a knowledgeable. Hat the thermostat installed in no time. He noticed an issue with the heat short cycling. I’d noticed it before but didn’t think anything of it. He didn’t leave until he was comfortable with everything working correctly and he made sure it was. He went above and beyond what the appointment was for. True customer service. Scott Brothers is always top notch.”
