“While out of town, and during the coldest weather in many years, our unit would not run. After talking with technician (Chase) by phone late that evening, he gave some suggestions to try and troubleshoot the problem (to no avail). He was patient and helpful, even though the calls were after business hours. He suggested a cause of the problem, which we were able to relay to Curtis when he came for the service call. We appreciate that a technician (Curtis) was sent the next morning. He was able to fix the problem quickly. As always, we were pleased with the service provided by Scott Brothers employees.”

“My furnace quit blowing warm air. Luke came out and quickly (I mean in less than 2 minutes) pinpointed the problem as a faulty igniter. He had the replacement part on the truck and I was back in business with a functioning furnace… just in time for this Arctic blast before Xmas.

Unfortunately this problem was only a foreshadowing of future problems on this 30 year old gas furnace. Scott bros are going to come out soon and work up a ball park estimate for a replacement so I can start budgeting for it.

Scott Bros has been taking care of me for 8 years now and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Merry Christmas.”
