He asked several questions to diagnose the problem, showed me what he was doing each step of the repair, and finished the job quickly. We talked about further steps if the rattling came back. I was satisfied with the repair, the price, and the care that was given to make sure I understood the process.”

Hat the thermostat installed in no time. He noticed an issue with the heat short cycling. I’d noticed it before but didn’t think anything of it. He didn’t leave until he was comfortable with everything working correctly and he made sure it was. He went above and beyond what the appointment was for. True customer service.
