“Delaney was prompt, well mannered, kind, well spoken. He shared helpful knowledge about the work he was doing. He checked every part of our system and diagnosed the issue quickly, showing photos of what he discovered by going into our crawl space. He was so courteous about not messing up our house, but he was excused from making such a fuss by me. He went right to work fixing the problem. When he was finished, he went over everything he did and also explained the membership program, leaving the flyer with me to discuss it with my husband.
