“Luke was incredibly helpful, prompt, courteous, pleasant as always, and identified and fixed the problem of our A/C having suddenly stopped blowing cold air into our house late Sunday afternoon over Fourth of July weekend. He arrived at our house a half-hour after I called the company for help, and within 10 minutes he had discovered the source of the problem (a failed capacitor in the A/C unit). He had a replacement capacitor in his truck, so was able to get the A/C back up and running immediately. Luke has been a consistently excellent technician and a wholly agreeable individual to work with. He is a terrific emissary for Scott Brothers.
