“I called Scott Bros on Friday at 3 pm to say that my split unit was freezing up. I requested Chase to come out and I was told he would be here the next day. He came and serviced the unit and restored my cool air. He explained what the trouble was and gave me the charge and was gone in a little over an hour. Chase is always professional with each call he makes to by home. He is knowledgeable about the problem and corrects it. I appreciate when he is able to make the call to my home.
