“After describing the problem we are having with our air conditioner, Delaney went straight out to the outside portion of our system and found the problem: mice had chewed thru the wires. Unfortunately a kit needs to be ordered (hoping it’s not stuck on a boat in the Strait of Hormuz!) at which time Delaney will be able to fix the problem completely. We find Delaney to be courteous, hard working and knowledgeable.”
