“Luke was on time and very courteous . I had met him previously for service at my home .
I called yesterday as I had no heat . After I talked with him about the appointment time, I went to the thermostat and turned it off for 15 min. then turned it back on and it started working again and I told that to Luke when he arrived today .
Unfortunately I had to have 3 “burners “ replaced .
And I forgot to ask Luke what a “burner” actually does ?? So if someone writes back to me I would like to know .
