“Always so impressed with the professionalism of this company. I called yesterday to have them check my furnace and they said they’d send someone out today between 8-8:30am. Before arriving at exactly 8am, I received an email and a text alerting me that the technician Luke was on his way, along with a picture of him so that I would be able to recognize him. Luke immediately figured out the issue and assured me that a replacement part would be in within a couple of days. Highly recommend Scott Brothers.”
