“Last week Jacob diagnosed my problem as a bad inducer motor and Shea promptly order the new part and assured me that she would schedule the repair as son as they got the new part in. On Monday, 11/10/2025, the coldest day of the year so far, Jacob arrive and promptly made the repair and my furnace is up and running. As soon as the issue was identified, I got a follow-up call that a stop at Lowe's would be needed to complete the repair. After completion, I got a call and payment was collected over the phone. Luke was the assigned technician. I'm grateful for the quick assistance to get the furnace working again.”
