“While out of town, and during the coldest weather in many years, our unit would not run. After talking with technician (Chase) by phone late that evening, he gave some suggestions to try and troubleshoot the problem (to no avail). He was patient and helpful, even though the calls were after business hours. He suggested a cause of the problem, which we were able to relay to Curtis when he came for the service call. We appreciate that a technician (Curtis) was sent the next morning. He was able to fix the problem quickly. As always, we were pleased with the service provided by Scott Brothers employees.”
