“Mr Hudler was caught professional and very courteous. Your estimator was out here just a few days ago and knew that the motor was going to have to be replaced or repaired. Your technician came out today totally not ready to do this. I would have at least thought the two exchange information which would have included model and serial number so that he could have these parts available to come out here if I chose to have the work done. I'm sorry but the way y'all carry your business does not fit well with me. Your service guy was here less than 15 minutes said we will have to order the parts I will get that information and we will get it to you and that will be $116.63 please. That is a total bogus charge he should have come prepared to do the work because someone had been here prior you sent someone out here to charge me money I don't have. I am very disappointed”
